Helping those bereaved by suicide to support each other
Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide offer UK peer-led support to adults affected by suicide loss
They are the only organisation offering peer-to-peer support to all those over the age of 18, impacted by suicide loss in the UK.
Striving to improve public awareness and maintain contact with many other statutory and voluntary organisations.
What They Offer
SoBS offer monthly face to face group meetings, virtual meetings, phone support, email support and online forums.
Their aim is to help individuals support each other, at the time of their loss and in the months and years that follow and to provide safe, confidential environments where people can share their experiences and feelings, giving and gaining support from each other.
All of the volunteers have lost a loved one through suicide and are here to help each other so that none of us need to suffer alone.
