Join Action for Happiness for the "Happiness Habits" Online Course!

Action for Happiness are thrilled to announce that they are launching an engaging online course titled "Happiness Habits," starting on Saturday, September 20, 2025.

This course is facilitated by dedicated volunteers from the Preston communities, and it's designed to help you explore the science of happiness and how to cultivate it in your life.

This course is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their well-being and spread joy, including:

  • Individuals rebuilding their well-being after challenging times
  • Those eager to delve into the latest research on happiness

What to Expect Each Week

Throughout the course, you will:

  • Watch Expert Videos: Gain insights from some of the world's leading experts in happiness science, featuring the latest research and practical tips for happier living.
