Community Roots offer free wellbeing courses for anyone on how to stay creative, happy and well
The Recovery College courses are a safe and friendly space for people to learn and share, if they wish, without feeling judged.
The interactive courses are specially designed to make sure attendees do not feel like they are back in school, with a wide-range of digital courses and you can also attend their courses in person at either their Preston or Burnley centres.
Participants will be challenged to look inwards, and to reflect on how they perceive the world to enable them to break down barriers.

Community Roots is being developed by Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust, in partnership with service users, staff and community members, bringing you learning opportunities that positively impact on your health and wellbeing.
Community Roots LSCft is a non-clinical approach that recognises the importance of lived and professional experience in creating accessible and engaging learning opportunities.
Raising the profile of recovery for all, supporting one another and challenging stigma whilst developing resilient and informed communities.
The offer is always developing based on the needs of the communities they serve, they welcome all to work with us to support resilient and informed communities across Lancashire and South Cumbria.

Breakthrough Recovery Chorley Group Community Roots at Deepdale
Breakthrough Recovery Chorley Group is a support group that helps individuals gain control over their addictive behaviours, achieve recovery, a balanced lifestyle and lead meaningful and satisfying lives.
The group is delivered in Partnership with NHS Community Roots LSCFT College at Preston North End Football Club.
They meet every week on Thursday at 3.15pm until 4.30pm and every group is free to attend.

Anyone over the age of 16 can access The Community Roots curriculum and get involved in the development of their offer.
