Families across Preston are invited to a welcoming and supportive monthly drop-in event at the Ribbleton Family Hub.
This is a free service open to everyone; no appointments are necessary, just come along!
Whether you're seeking advice, emotional support, or practical guidance, the friendly team of professionals and partner organisations are here to help.
When do the sessions take place?
The drop-in takes place on the last Tuesday of each month, from 2pm to 4pm, at Ribbleton Family Hub.

What's On Offer?
Mental Health and 91AV原创
provides short-term therapy for children and young people aged 5-18, and up to 25 for those with additional needs.
offers dedicated mental health support for young people, while Talking Therapies provides free psychological services for adults aged 16 and above in Lancashire and 18 and above in South Cumbria. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, or other emotional challenges, support is available through online, phone, and face-to-face sessions.
Neurodiversity Support
Families navigating autism and ADHD will find compassionate guidance through the Autism Pathway Navigator, who brings lived experience and practical advice on referrals and support mechanisms.

Children and Parenting
The School Nurse at Ribbleton Family Hub is available to discuss common concerns such as bedwetting and sleep hygiene.
Parenting support is also provided by Lancashire County Council's EmPower team, which offers expert advice through its Contextual Safeguarding programme.
Housing and Safety

A dedicated Youth Worker will be available to offer advice and support on sexual health and other youth-related concerns.
