About Children and Family 91AVÔ´´ Service
The Children and Family 91AVÔ´´ Service plays a vital role in the success of Lancashire's Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme by ensuring that support reaches the families who need it most.
Working across the 0 - 19 age range, the Children and Family 91AVÔ´´ Service identifies children and young people with additional needs and helps them access HAF activities and free meals during school holidays.
Through early help assessments and close collaboration with schools and community partners, the service prioritises vulnerable families, including those facing financial hardship, crises, or caring responsibilities.
This targeted approach not only promotes inclusion but also improves well-being, reduces isolation, and provides opportunities for children to stay active and engaged.
