The Bereavement Café in Ingol takes place at St Margaret's Church on the second Wednesday of each month, from 2pm to 3:30pm.

This welcoming, informal group provides a safe space for anyone affected by loss to come together, enjoy a brew, and share experiences.

Whether a loved one passed away recently or some time ago, visitors are free to talk or simply listen.

There is no need to book, and guests are welcome to bring a friend for support.

Please note:

• This is not a counselling group, and there is no set agenda.
• Anyone who wishes to introduce themselves and share their story is welcome, but sitting quietly and listening is equally fine.
